As a Data Scientist, you will join the team responsible for the core elements of the company's systems - ranging from core economy, through segmentation, advanced analysis tools and up to the company's marketing expansion efforts. You will use advanced statistics, machine-learning and AI algorithms, leveraging real and synthetic data to help us grow and become the leader of the industry.

Responsibilities
- Develop data science models to support production systems
- Contribute to business decision-making and improve KPIs across various areas using advanced data analysis tools
- Continuously monitor and improve models performance through testing and experimentation.
- Find creative and efficient solutions to complex data-related problems that include dynamics, causality, optimizations, clustering and online-learning,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including game economy, development, and marketing to identify data-driven solutions and implement them.
- Communicate findings, insights and innovations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in data science and machine learning.
- 2+ years of working experience in the field of Data Science or Machine Learning (Experience in AI - advantage).
- BSc degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming using Python and version control.
- Proficiency in querying languages like SQL.
- Strong experience in data analysis, statistical modelling, and machine learning.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.
