As a Data Analyst (Advanced Analytics) at Just Eat Takeaway.com, you will be instrumental in advancing our data-driven initiatives for the Customer Services organisation. In this role, you'll focus on building out data & analytics solutions alongside data scientists, business analysts and data engineers, ensuring efficient data management and contributing significantly to our e-commerce success. About This Role
As a Data Analyst (Advanced Analytics) at Just Eat Takeaway.com, you will be instrumental in advancing our data-driven initiatives for the Customer Services organisation. In this role, you'll focus on building out data & analytics solutions alongside data scientists, business analysts and data engineers, ensuring efficient data management and contributing significantly to our e-commerce success. You will play a key role in enhancing our data analytics infrastructure, directly impacting decision-making and customer satisfaction.

- Strategic Data Product and Analytics Development: You will design and implement advanced analytics models and data products, ensuring they align with our strategic goals for enhancing customer service experiences.
- Data Quality Management: Uphold the highest standards of data quality and integrity, swiftly addressing any discrepancies or anomalies that arise.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with data scientists and business analysts to understand their data needs, helping to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable insights for our customer services.
- Innovation in Data Utilisation: Proactively seek out and integrate cutting-edge data technologies and analytical tools to enhance our data infrastructure, supporting robust e-commerce analytics and customer insights.
- Culture of Excellence: Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, enhancing team collaboration and driving initiatives that contribute to our business goals.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related analytical field
- At least 3 years of experience in advanced analytics, with a strong preference for backgrounds in customer analytics within an e-commerce or tech-centric industry
- Advanced skills in SQL and experience with relational databases; proficiency in data transformation tools
- Familiarity with Python or similar programming languages for data analysis.
- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business outcomes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively in a dynamic team environment and interacting with various stakeholders
