Purpose:
As a Data Scientist in the Demographic Risk group at Just, you will play a crucial role in analysing data across the Just Group to derive actionable insights that inform decision-making processes and drive improvements in our pension provision.
As a key member of this cross-functional AI Enablement Hub. You will work closely with business owners to identify opportunities to drive value from data and lead the development of advanced analytics & predictive modelling algorithms. You will be comfortable working independently and as part of small teams in dynamic projects across Just to develop predictive models and implement data-driven solutions.
You will use a variety of data sources (structured and unstructured) to perform analytics and generate actionable insight and models. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvements across systems and processes. You will ensure that our analytics activities comply with data protection law and that we are upholding our values and ethics in how we use data.
