Human Capital Data Analyst, Mid - Remote | WFH

As a mid-level Human Capital Data Analyst, you'll embark on a meaningful journey to gather, analyze, and interpret data sources that play a crucial role in optimizing our organizational processes. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical insight, and the ability to ensure data integrity, all while contributing to the development of innovative solutions. You'll be tasked with navigating through complex data sets to extract pivotal insights, applying your knowledge to influence decision-making and strategies within our human capital domain. Your role is instrumental in harnessing data to propel our organization forward, ensuring our information systems are aligned with our overarching goals.

Key Responsibilities

Collecting and analyzing data from diverse sources to extract meaningful insights.

Evaluating and maintaining the quality of data to support the organization's information system needs.

Developing and implementing data visualizations in tools such as Power BI to aid in decision-making.

Employing your knowledge of analytical tools and languages like R, Python, and SQL to advance our data analytics capabilities.

Documenting business requirements and translating them into actionable strategies.

Providing training and coaching to clients on analytical best practices and solutions.

What We're Looking For

Basic Qualifications

At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in data analytics.

Demonstrated skills in data visualization and the use of analytical tools such as Power BI, R, Python, SQL/T-SQL, and Microsoft Excel VBA.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications

Over 3 years of experience in data analytics and engineering, with a focus on human capital data.

Knowledge and experience in data and knowledge management.

Familiarity with Tableau and other analytical tools.

Strong problem-solving capabilities alongside excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A Master's degree is highly desirable.

Security Clearance

Candidates may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
