About The Role

The CrowdStrike Marketing & Growth Analytics team is seeking a talented and highly motivated Sr Data Scientist specializing in artificial intelligence and machine learning.

What You’ll Do

• You will be responsible for using your coding, mathematical, and scientific research skills to solve Go-To-Market business challenges.
• As the first data science hire in the Go-To-Market organization, you will lay the foundation by building models such as: multi-touch attribution, propensity to buy, next best action, and lead scoring.
  
  

What You’ll Need

• Graduate degree in a STEM field such as Computer Science or Statistics.
• At least 4 years of experience working on real-world machine learning models and pipelines; preferably for a business function such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, Customer Support, or Customer Success.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills – you pride yourself on being able to talk to non-technical audiences.
• Advanced programming skills and experience in Python and the Python ecosystem; experience with unit testing.
• Extensive experience working with cloud computing platforms such as AWS.
• Proven track record working with large datasets of sparse, high-dimensional data. Experience in pre-processing and analyzing such data to gain actionable insights and identify potential risks for the model.
• Deep knowledge of common Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning techniques. Familiarity with the standard algorithms: their trade-offs, their usage, and how to tune them.
  
  

Example Projects

• Create models to identify which marketing, sales, and partner activities are most impactful to achieving X outcome.
• Build recommender models for which product should be sold next to a customer, or which piece of content should be shown next for a website visitor.
• Design algorithms for lead prioritization.
• Experiment with new algorithms/methodologies to help improve our AI and ML models.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $110,000 - $175,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
