RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Download and process large volume data with information on sales, loads, inventories, etc.
• Database cleaning and information update through internal ERP queries, SQL and MS Office tools.
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports in SQL and MS Office / Power BI tools.
• Development of Dashboards and BI models in PowerBI
• Optimize workflows and share best practices.
• Ensure compliance and data security.
• Update presentations with recent information, graphs, evolution and trends.
• Problem solving and collaborative work with colleagues and stakeholders to proactively solve any incident with systems and reporting.
• Contribute to the discussion of current systems and future improvements for the design and development of automated processes.
• Control and management of payment devices (ePOS), review and repair. Testing, troubleshooting and dialogue with software and hardware partners for the proper functioning of the devices.
• Studies related to data science. Computer engineering, mathematics, statistics or similar.
• Intermediate handling of spreadsheet tools preferably Microsoft Excel (VBA, DAX, Power query is a plus) and Power BI.
• Knowledge and management of SQL language and structured and unstructured databases.
• Desired knowledge in data analysis tools R, Python, Pandas, Numpy, Scipy and Matplotlib.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
• Availability to travel.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proactivity, good time management and results oriented.
