Job Purpose

Identify specific and relevant data insights that can be actioned in order to; decrease field quality issues, decrease associated costs, increase efficiency, and improve customer aftersales experience. Assist in the development of active intelligence solutions to provide in-the-moment awareness of every aspect of the aftersales department from real-time data designed to trigger immediate insights and actions, to legacy data used for strategic planning and trend analysis.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

  • Undertake extensive analysis of varying aftersales data sources and proactively identify insights and trends
  • Creation and management of dashboards and self-serve access points to enable the wider business to access aftersales data, trends and insights
  • Ad hoc reporting and data set creation based on business needs
  • Support wider data initiatives initiated by IT and other areas including those of data governance and GPDR compliance
  • Contribute to process and system improvement initiatives by identifying scalable opportunities to advance and improve the speed and quality of our data collection
  • Assist in identifying high-value, low-complexity use cases that can be scaled up over time and maintaining these in an appropriate portfolio.
  • Be prepared to present analysis results in a succinct yet comprehensive manner using appropriate methods to articulate the data story to senior business leaders

Experience And Qualifications

  • Demonstratable data analytics and insight presentation experience
  • IT literate, advanced user of data analysis tools such as; Tableau, Microsoft Excel etc
  • Experience with communicating using different methods to a varied audience
  • Successful experience working as part of an effective team
  • Relevant BEng or BSc degree or comparable industry experience
