What you’ll do

  • You collaborate with the marketing team on how the growth marketing channels generates are tracked, measured, and controlled for incremental effects
  • You proactively identify growth opportunities by delivering deep analysis into ROAS, audiences, segments, lifetime values, attribution and more
  • You conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior and conversion levers to improve the user experience on our platforms
  • You identify data needs and work together with stakeholders to collect the right data to enable data-driven decision making and advanced analytics
  • You provide ad-hoc analysis of requests from all departments, using BI tools or suitable programming languages (Python, R, SQL, BigQuery,... )

Who you are

  • You have work experience of at least 2 years in marketing analytics roles
  • You worked with Google’s Marketing Platform (e.g. Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.) and BI tools (g. Looker, Tableau, PowerBI etc.)
  • You love using data, statistics, and numbers to spot trends and help solve problems
  • You are comfortable with working with large datasets
  • You have experience working with stakeholders to communicate results and provide advice
  • You are a creative problem solver
  • You don’t use the term “That doesn’t work”
  • You are eager to learn, try new things and keen to develop
  • You care about the world and want to spend your time making a difference

Additional Factors we appreciate

  • You have worked at a digital agency before and understand what it takes to run successful campaigns in performance marketing channels
  • You have experience in e-commerce and/or consumer electronics
