12-Month contract

We are seeking a talented Data Migration specialist with extensive experience in SAP systems, particularly in Business Objects Data Services (BODS).

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful data migrations and strong technical skills in SAP tools such as Migration Cockpit, LSMW, and ABAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will playa key role in the data migration activities for SAP implementations
• Ensure the successful transfer of data from source systems to target systems
• Develop data migration plans, including data cleansing, extraction, transformation, and reconciliation activities
• Define data rules and validation rules based on target system business rules
• Produce data mappings and transformation rules in collaboration with target system functional teams
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and define migration strategies
• Take ownership for the successful migration of data for specific objects
• Support and advise other team members on data migration processes and best practices

To qualify for this role:

• You will have5 years of experience as a Data Migration Analyst, with significant experience in SAP environments
• Experience with Business Objects Data Services (BODS) is essential
• Proficiency in SAP tools such as Migration Cockpit, LSMW, and ABAP is highly desirable
• Involvement in at least 3 full SAP implementations as a Data Migration Technical Analyst
• Involvement in at least 2 full S/4HANA implementations is preferred
• Experience in Finance, Purchasing, EAM, or HR/Payroll modules
• Experience in defining data rules, cleansing, extraction, transformation, and reconciliation activities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Experience working in public sector projects is a big plus.
