The person in this role will be responsible for development of the Brand Marketing Data Platform, supporting data integrations, ETL, and visualisations. They should have a strong understanding of key principled of data engineering, have experience building data pipelines, and setting up data governance for the marketing teams
Duties And Responsibilities
Develop data models and build ETL architecture to support Marketing Data Science work
Research marketing platforms documentation, write integration requirements for the engineering team
Hand-on build data pipelines, including writing code in Python and SQL
Set up data quality monitoring, including notification systems, monitoring dashboards and issue resolution protocols
Analyse onboarded dataset to identify inconsistencies and proactively fix data issues
Collaborate with Data Engineering team, Data Operations, BI team, as well as partners POCs to exsure timely and trouble-free execution of the project
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis/manipulation
4+ years of experience building data integrations, ETL, and data visualisations
Excellent ability to identify data inconsistencies, detect origins of anomalies, and find most efficient solutions
Experience working with marketing data, preferably knowledge of marketing platforms campaign manager tools
Experience with Google Sheets/Drive API, Google App Scripts/JavaScript is a plus
Experience working with data engineering teams, ability to clearly formulate requirements and anticipate challenges
Ability to clearly communicate with stakeholders, internal and external partners
