Join us in this role where you’ll be the guardian of the UK and Ireland people data to deliver people analytics with a strong bias towards reward activities, including salary survey input, benchmarking, collating confidential data and reporting.

Welcome to UK and Ireland People & Development

You’ll be part of UK and Ireland People & Development where you, together with your colleagues, will develop the analytical tools to support and drive the business forward. You’ll also link in with the Global People & Analytics team to further develop people data in a standardised format. Governance and data quality are vital, and you’ll be the guardian of the UK and Irish data, maintaining, creating insights and presenting the data. As a team, we each have our unique areas but come together to support the business to drive growth and success.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • managing the statutory and organisation’s annual reporting requirements for UK and Ireland
  • producing KPI packs with analytical content for the UK leadership teams
  • developing and maintaining monthly reports and analytical tools
  • using the data from our systems to build reports to gain required insights
  • inputting into salary surveys and maintaining the salary matrices for UK and Ireland.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • demonstrate advanced Excel and coding skills
  • are able to write and document process and change procedures
  • are able to analyse and interpret trends from data into actionable insights
  • are able to receive, assemble, validate, verify, process, analyse and report on data from multiple sources, incl. spotting trends in the data and complete deep dive analysis
  • enjoy working with detail, are accurate and enjoy examining numbers, ensuring the confidentiality of data at all times
  • have a curiosity to find trends in data and the ability to analyse.
