HR Data Analyst - 24 month Fixed Term Contract

Do you have experience analysing complex data sets to identify patterns and inform decision making?

If so, this is an exciting opportunity to join an agile, professional service that is well placed to support the delivery of the Borough’s people-based targets and objectives. We're searching for people-focused data experts to join our team and there's plenty of opportunity for you to have your say and help shape our work. You’ll be passionate about developing your skills and supporting others in the team and wider service.

Working within the HR Quality and Service Assurance Team, you will be responsible for a range of management information reporting. You will have strong written, verbal and data analysis skills, with the ability to capture research and make decisions about how to present information in a wide variety of forms appropriate to the audience and purpose.

You will collect, analyse and interpret HR data from various sources. Your expertise in data analytics will enable you to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data, empowering stakeholders to make informed decisions.

As HR Data Analyst, you will be responsible for extracting meaningful insights from HR data to inform decision-making processes across the organisation. Working closely with HR managers, department heads, and senior leadership, you will play a crucial role in optimising workforce planning, enhancing employee engagement, supporting the Council’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion agenda and improving overall organisational performance.
