Collaborating closely with our clients, you will delve into their data-rich environment to uncover the missing pieces of their information puzzle. Your role will involve developing data collection tools, crafting visualizations and dashboards, designing algorithms, and scripting solutions to process data or conduct predictive analytics using machine learning techniques. Utilizing a tailored blend of tools and frameworks, you will transform disparate data points into actionable insights to aid Air Force leaders in making informed decisions. By providing our clients with a comprehensive understanding of their data, you'll contribute to leveraging data science for positive impact in aerospace mission solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and questions, and extract insights from their data.
Develop data collection tools, data visualizations, algorithms, and scripts to process data and conduct predictive analytics.
Utilize a variety of tools and frameworks to analyze data and derive meaningful insights.
Provide clients with deep insights into their data and recommendations for actionable outcomes.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in scripting and scientific languages such as Python, R, C++, or Java.
Experience with data management tools including Microsoft Excel, Access, Point, or SQL.
Familiarity with GIS data and statistical measures such as confidence intervals, mathematical modeling techniques, optimization approaches, and machine learning algorithm development.
Active Top Secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
6+ years of experience applying machine learning techniques and understanding key parameters affecting performance.
6+ years of experience with Big Data programming technologies including Hadoop, Spark, R, or Hive.
Experience with statistical software applications such as SAS, R, MATLAB, SPSS, or Stata.
Master's degree in a related field.
Clearance Requirements
Applicants selected for this position will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at our Company is determined based on various factors including location, education, skills, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,000.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD).
