The Job
- Responsible for delivering data analysis, generating customer insights, and identifying business opportunities to support customer growth and business development
- Develop dashboards that effectively narrate data stories, tailored to capture the attention of both the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), highlighting technical capabilities alongside strategic business insights.
- Gather user requirements to design dashboards for management reporting.
- Present dashboards to senior management.
- University graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field, Postgraduate is preferred.
- At least 4 years of experience in data analytics.
- Proficiency in PowerBI is a must.
- Be passionate about data, with a proven ability to drive business results with data-based insights.
- Sound communication skills to work with business partners of different levels and backgrounds. Able to articulate ideas verbally and in written forms.
- Able to work independently, pro-active, team player, creative and detail-oriented.
