Experience diagnosing technical issues and data anomalies
Experience with SQL and CLI. Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana and Splunk
Knowledge of process management, metrics and KPIs
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to understand technical concepts and communicate with non-technical customers

Roles and Responsibilities:
You'll work cross-functionally to resolve data engineering incidents. Utilizing both technical and interpersonal skills will be essential to success in this role.
Triaging, reporting, monitoring and troubleshooting the engineering incidents
Monitor data quality and collaborate closely to work towards improving data quality
Conducting technical analysis of incidents, performing root cause investigation and review with technical teams
Working with engineering teams to develop, implement and improve incident management
Serving as the primary point of contact for all technical groups and customers to address incidents and requests
Communicating with stakeholders in planning for systems resources and tracking time-sensitive incidents
Analyzing workflows, filing detailed bug reports and providing QA test plans
