Position Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our AI and product teams. This role will involve working closely with the Data Curation and product teams to understand requirements, analyze data from AI initiatives, and provide valuable insights to enhance the usability and performance of our AI-powered platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, familiarity with automated tools, and a passion for leveraging data to drive product improvements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the AI team to analyze and interpret data generated from AI models, experiments, and algorithms.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform product development and optimization strategies.
• Work closely with the product team to understand business requirements, define key metrics, and develop data-driven solutions to address product challenges.
• Analyze data curation teams’ feedback and recorded videos to provide valuable feedback to the AI team and pinpoint areas for improvement in ML utilization and post-processing.
• Build reports, and visualizations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders across the organization. Implement monitoring and analytics tools to track the performance of AI tools on production data.
• Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to evaluate the impact of product changes and inform decision-making.
• Select data for benchmarking, conduct analysis of benchmarking runs to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare documentation for end-users, developers, and stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on AI features and tools.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis, AI, and product development.
  
  

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst(1-3 years), with a focus on analyzing data to drive product improvements and decision-making.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, and other automated tools for data analysis.
• Experience working with or understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning models, and natural language processing is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for leveraging data to drive product improvements.
