Administration Officer/Data Analyst
Our client is an award-winning building consultant specialising in the facility and building asset management industry. The company is involved with the on-site assessment of assets including schools, hospitals, utilities, transport, aged care, and community facilities as well as the collection of data and innovative reporting of information.
As a result of organic growth within the team and award of multiple projects, our client is seeking a Administration Officer/Data Analyst to join their team.
The role
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Communicating clearly with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate multiple ongoing projects at the same time.
- Handle high volume data and generating reports, primarily using PowerBI, MS Excel and Word
- Develop and maintain client relationships and key partnerships.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask; you will be working on 2-3 projects at a time and must
- Advanced Word and Excel skills (use of pivot tables & VLOOKUP required)
- Considers the importance of teamwork and is a team player.
