Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute data science projects, from data collection to model deployment.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions.
- Develop and implement advanced machine learning algorithms and statistical models.
- Analyze and interpret large and complex data sets to identify patterns and trends.
- Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists, providing technical expertise and support.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data science and machine learning.
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, with a focus on machine learning and statistical modeling.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant languages.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English, German language skills are a plus.
