Job description

Enable enhanced decision-making in a dynamic company

You’re a master of creatively communicating with data and numbers. You pride yourself on your “figure it out” mentality and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment with a diverse set of stakeholders.

Are you ready to grow your data analytics abilities and benefit your long-term career?

Imagine if you could create a tangible impact for a rapidly growing data-driven company dedicated to providing peace of mind for families!

What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it)

As a Data Analyst, you’re essential in serving the needs of internal teams at a company whose core values include kindness, progression, and craftsmanship. Your days will never be the same - you will always have room to grow, partner with new teams and learn new skills!

You will leverage your expertise in data and analytics tools to define industry-leading KPIs and build high quality data visualizations and reports that will enhance business processes and decision-making. You’ll enthusiastically bridge the gap between data engineering and cross-functional business teams, meaning your impact will be felt company wide.

Your customer-centric focus will assist you as you grow your network by assisting with ad hoc analyses in support of cross-functional teams like Finance, Operations, Business Development, Marketing and Sales. And, you’ll be in the front seat as we QA test our evolving data warehouse, growing your BI skillset rapidly.

What we offer you as part of #PrecoaLife

  • Hybrid working environment (expectation of one day/week on-site)
  • Competitive exempt salary based on experience
  • 18 days PTO and minimum 6-weeks paid parental leave
  • Health, Dental, and Vision benefits
  • 401k, with company match and $25,000 Life Insurance Policy

Skills you may have to make you a success!

  • Bachelor’s Degree in data science/analytics, computer science, information systems, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience (1-2 years preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Python, R, SSRS, Power BI, or similar tools
  • Strong data communication skills and ability to communicate effectively between data/technology teams and the business stakeholders
  • Advanced skills with MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
