Insight Global is looking for a Lead Data Analyst to join the team with one of our largest retail clients in the Greater Toronto Area on a 12-month contract. The Lead Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing and interpreting large and complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can help organizations make informed business decisions. This role will work closely with the business to define problem statements and estimate ROI, and will work independently to uncover insights and build scalable analytics solutions.Must-haves - Minimum 7-8 years relevant experience in advanced data analytics focusing - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - Expert at SQL and Data Management - Expert in Google Big Query - Expert in Data Exploration - Expert in MS-Excel - Background in Data Visualization with proficiency in Power BI, Looker - Proficient in creating presentation material using Power Point - Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques - Excellent communication skills
