JOB SUMMARY
The Data Analyst is a key position within the company with a prominent level of responsibility for operational performance. The Data analyst will maintain data storage; assess database design; and gather, organize, and interpret statistical information based on the data in the database.

REPSONSIBLITIES FOR DATA ANALYST

Project Implementation

• Analyze, prepare and implement procedures for procedural, program and user
• documentation.
• Assist with production fixes
• Participate in user implementation and training.

Data Analysis

• Assist in the creation of client invoicing and account audits.
• Determine issues and resolution related to the account audits
• Ability to analyze data and produce relative reporting as required
• Ability to plan work schedule to meet deadlines accordingly
• Map client data into various workflow systems and work with programmers to install
• business rules
• Problem-solving skills process improvement to existing workflow
• Collaborating with Operations Team to assist in the production of performance and status
• reports
• Ability to work with teams/people with less or no prior experience in process improvement
• Assist & Resolve internal Inquiries/Requests in 5-day period
• Work closely with end users to define needs/requirements and alternative solutions
• Monitor standards and procedures.

Reporting

• Organize, evaluate, interpret and summarize data for reports
• Review data for consistency and reasonableness
• Production of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and status reports for Client
• Review Client Aged Trial Balance (ATB’s) for trends, reporting findings to Acclara management and Client(s)
• Prepare a variety of analyses, statements, and reports for management review; arrange for preparation of graphics or illustrations to include with research findings.
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS FOR DATA ANALYST

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of progressively responsible related technical experience.
