About The Role
About you
At LANCH, we empower small gastronomy owners by giving them the tools needed to make food delivery fun again. We are building the world’s biggest virtual food court by creating high-quality delivery brands together with the megastars of our generation. LANCH is food delivery built for 2024. Backed by HV Capital, Felix Capital and a bunch of superstar angels such as the founders of FlixBus, Gorillas, Flaschenpost, Glovo, Foodspring, Foodora, Honest Food, Finleap and the most known YouTubers, rap stars and athletes of our time.
LIFE AT LANCH
- Perform strategic data analyses with direct impact to decision making of leadership team
- Help building data pipelines and data models
- Build and maintain automated dashboards and reports that are effective in helping stakeholders monitor key performance indicators and easily make decisions
- Serve as a point of contact for ad-hoc data questions and requests
About you
- Background in a STEM degree, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with one or more scripting languages, e.g. Python or JavaScript
- Good knowledge of SQL and initial experience with visualization/BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Metabase)
- First experience in data analytics either through internships or a full-time position
- Excellent problem solving skills and always work in a solution-oriented and detailed manner
- Curious and self-driven approach, as well as the ability to extract clear objectives and requirements from broad challenges or questions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders
- Fluent in German
- Data warehousing experience with dbt
- Experience with cloud services, e.g. GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
- Understanding of ETL (/ELT) processes
- Experience working with ambiguity in a scale-up (or scale-up-like) environment
