About The Role

  • Perform strategic data analyses with direct impact to decision making of leadership team
  • Help building data pipelines and data models
  • Build and maintain automated dashboards and reports that are effective in helping stakeholders monitor key performance indicators and easily make decisions
  • Serve as a point of contact for ad-hoc data questions and requests

Required

About you

  • Background in a STEM degree, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience with one or more scripting languages, e.g. Python or JavaScript
  • Good knowledge of SQL and initial experience with visualization/BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Metabase)
  • First experience in data analytics either through internships or a full-time position
  • Excellent problem solving skills and always work in a solution-oriented and detailed manner
  • Curious and self-driven approach, as well as the ability to extract clear objectives and requirements from broad challenges or questions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders
  • Fluent in German

Nice to have / big plus

  • Data warehousing experience with dbt
  • Experience with cloud services, e.g. GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
  • Understanding of ETL (/ELT) processes
  • Experience working with ambiguity in a scale-up (or scale-up-like) environment
