Payoneer has an opportunity for a Senior Data Analyst to join the Business Analytics team under Revenue Operations out of our New York office. The ideal candidate will have a background in analytics, with proven experience in SQL, analyzing complex data and building dashboards. You will have the opportunity to work across the organization, supporting senior management and individuals in Customer success, Sales, FP&A, Strategy, Product and much more. We are offering a hybrid work arrangement.

What You'll Do:

  • Work closely with senior management to define problem statements, collect data, build analytical models, and make recommendations
  • Lead and create presentations for senior management as the analytical focal point of the region
  • Work with the different business teams to enhance business understanding, key customer drivers, and track business growth
  • Analyze different business activities and identify areas for strategic focus and development
  • Provide insights, recommendations and actions based on strategic objectives, forecast and performance metrics
  • Lead key analyses to support data driven decisions from discovery, gathering the data, conducting the analysis, and presenting the key insights to senior management (ROI, Deal's profitability, Retention, Strategic partnerships, new products, and capabilities)
  • Work with Product & Data Department on integrating data from various sources and creating analytical models
  • Develop tracking tools, dashboards, and methodologies to improve business visibility and identify growth opportunities

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or Analytics related is preferred
  • Minimum of 4-6 years proven business experience and technical expertise in data analysis
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and PowerBI (or similar analytics tools)
  • Experience working with Excel (pivot, v-lookup, charts)
  • Must be able to work in fast paced environment and be able to adopt to changing requirements
  • Strong communication skills and understanding of how to explain complex problems to business users and stakeholders
  • Proactive and self-motivated, ability to work autonomously and mentor junior analyst
