As the Data Analyst on the Customer Success Enablement team, your role is pivotal in supporting our customer-facing teams. You will be instrumental in the development of dashboards and reporting focused on customer insights. The Customer Success Enablement team, of which you will be a key part, is responsible for providing visibility into our customers' businesses. This visibility, along with the actionable insights, standardized data, and tools you provide, drives outcome-focused engagements with our customers, contributing significantly to our overall success.

To thrive in this role, you will utilize your prior experience in analytical tools such as SQL and BI tools. You must also have strong communication skills, be curious about identifying areas of improvement/automation, and be able to act independently by taking a project from start to finish.

Here's what you can expect as a Data Analyst on the Customer Success Enablement team - you will:

  • Build moderate to complex SQL queries
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data for visualization tools like Looker
  • Transform data into succinct stories that focus on preferred customer outcomes and key performance indicators
  • Present reports and insights to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Become an expert on our products and services to understand the key metrics that are important for clients' objectives
  • Discover new opportunities, areas of automation, or valuable conclusions using data analysis
