Your Role
- Manage our Marketing Customer Database, ensuring segmentation, cleansing, and compliance for various marketing channels.
- Consolidate diverse data sources for a comprehensive view, integrating 1st and 3rd party data for actionable insights.
- Optimize datasets to drive prospect acquisition and customer retention & upsell campaigns, ensuring data adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy.
- Contribute to platform selection and solutions for data housing and analysis, enhancing our Data technology ecosystem.
- Utilize advanced data analysis techniques and algorithms to enhance segmentation models, predicting prospect and customer intent.
- Lead a Data Governance Forum, developing and implementing internal policies aligned with data governance standards and quality processes.
- Coordinate with 3rd party data providers to fulfill specific data requirements.
- Lead a small team of data and reporting analysts.
- Passion for solving business problems with data and innovative technology.
- Experience in Data modeling (Segmentation, Attribution, Churn, Predictive modeling) or similar, with proficiency in data mining tools like Modeller SaaS and Python.
- Strong expertise in data warehousing, including ETL skills, extracting and combining information from diverse data sources.
- Proficient in Business Intelligence, capable of presenting data effectively.
- Advanced SQL skills for large-scale data transformation and analysis, across various technologies.
- Experience with data analytics tools, cloud-based platforms like Google Cloud Platform, and data visualization tools like Tableau, Datorama, and Google Data Studio.
- Statistical analysis skills to support decision-making.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, leveraging data to address business challenges.
