Roles and Responsibility

Primary Skills For AWS Data Engineer

6 experience in Data Warehouse and ETL/ELT Technologies

3 experience in large data processing using AWS components.

2 experience in SQL

Required Skills

Mandatory - bachelors degree (Full time)

5-7 years of total work experience in data projects

3 experience working with structured AND unstructured data.

Strong data warehouse concepts (Dimensions, Facts, Schema)

Good understanding of data modelling skills (Conceptual, Logical and Physical models)

Experience with modern Cloud platforms (preferably AWS)

Proficient in building the ETL pipelines by incorporating data conversion, aggregations, data derivation, lookup, scripting, sending email alerts etc.

Performed data cleansing, enrichment, mapping tasks and data validation process automation.

Worked with flat files and on-premises RDBMS sources.

Strong SQL/PLSQL writing skills, query optimization and debugging skills.

Effective verbal and written communication and influencing skills.

Effective analytical and technical skills

Dynamic team player with working in agile methodology.
