We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our Advanced AI team.

About the role

As part of the Assist Digital AI Factory you will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects, together with experienced AI & SW Architect, AI/Backend/Frontend Engineers, Product Owners and other stakeholders, to contribute to deliver AI powered projects.

Your responsibilities:

● Develop AI-driven projects aimed at both internal process optimization and client-focused

solutions, seamlessly integrated into innovative software applications.

● Own the full life cycle of an AI project – data analysis, modeling, testing, tuning & deploy in

production.

● Improve scalability, speed and performance of existing models.

● Work with Agile and Dev/MLOps techniques and implementation approaches in the delivery.

● Serve as a mentor to junior team members and a standard-bearer for engineering best

practice

Qualifications & skills

5+ years of industry experience in Machine Learning and related fields (NLP, CV, Audio

processing).

● 7+ years of industry experience in software development.

● Experience of Generative AI and prompt engineering approaches.

● Proven experience in Deep Learning technologies (applying ML research to real-world

projects).

● Knowledge of RAG architecture and testing methodologies.

● Knowledge of at least one GenAI frameworks (Langchain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, AutoGen).

● Professional experience with Tensorflow/Pytorch.

● Excellent CI/CD/DevOps skills, both from a tooling and usage perspectives, particularly within

the data and model automation space.

● Proven Experience working with Cloud infrastructure (in at least one cloud provider AWS,

Azure, GCP).

● Proven experience of working with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernates).

● Team player with strong communication skills.

● Good working knowledge of Agile methodologies.

● BS, MS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field.

Nice to have:

● Experience with LLM finetuning process.

● Proven experience with serverless cloud components.
