We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing financial data to provide insights and support decision-making within the organization. The ideal candidate should have exceptional analytical skills, and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, preferably within Finance function.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do
  • Collect, clean, and organize financial and transactional data from various sources including databases, spreadsheets, and software systems.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Develop financial models and forecasting techniques to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
  • Conduct variance analysis and performance tracking to assess financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in finance and data analysis.
  • Ensure data quality and Integrity

Requirements

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in BI and Analytics or related field. (Master’s degree preferred)
  • At least 3 years’ proven experience as a Data Analyst, Financial Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and statistical analysis techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience of delivering end to end data products
  • Experience of working with massive volumes of data
  • Experience of ensuring data quality and integrity
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with a focus on delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience working in the gaming industry is a plus.
Technical Requirements
  • Advanced/Expert - Excel
  • Intermediate/Advanced - Power BI (or similar BI tool)
  • Advanced - SQL
  • Intermediate/Advanced - Python (pandas, sklearn)
  • Nice to have - IBM Planning Analytics
