As a Data Analyst, your role is all about helping our various business teams make smart decisions by diving deep into data and creating easy-to-understand visualizations. Your main tasks include mixing, getting data ready, and digging into data sources to come up with processes, models, and reports that can supercharge how efficient and effective our organization is.
- Data Collection and Preparation: Gather data from various sources and clean, format, and organize it for analysis.
- Data Analysis: Employ statistical and analytical methods to extract valuable insights from datasets.
- Data Visualization: Create user-friendly data visualizations to help non-technical stakeholders understand complex data trends.
- Report Generation: Generate reports and summaries that provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Model Development: Assist in the development and refinement of data models and algorithms.
- Data Mining: Discover patterns and trends in data to support decision-making processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.

Ideally you bring the following attributes:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools and programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
- Understanding of basic statistical concepts.
- Proficiency in data cleaning and data wrangling.
- Analytical mindset and a passion for working with data to uncover insights.
- Effective communication and the ability to convey complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
