Data Scientist

• -12 Month Fixed Term Contract with Potential Extension

Frazer Tremble are currently working alongside a well-known Melbourne based university in their search for a Data Scientist to join a greenfield team within the fraud and investigation space.

Through a variety of techniques such as feature engineering, data sourcing and experimentation, you will be responsible for improving the ability to detect misconduct and inform investigators. Furthermore, you will also work on moving features into production, developing new tools and identifying new fraud indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely alongside investigators
• Analyse data sources
• Extract data from a variety of sources
• Cleanse, scale and standardize data
• Work with various discovery tools
  
  

Essential Criteria:

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Data Science
• Strong experience with analytics modelling techniques
• Experience within fraud or a similar area
