Data is key for Veepee and of course for the Marketing department.

As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing customer data and creating strategies to enhance customer retention, engagement, and overall satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve our CRM strategy and drive business growth.

You will also support local teams in their global Marketing strategy, analyzing their marketing actions, and share with them the most relevant insights Your scope will encompass handling data from raw retrieval to presenting actionable results.

You will use you experience proposing new axes of analysis, challenging topics and bringing new ideasYou will share your results to the different stakeholders through relevant, easy to understand an catchy presentation You will work in peers with a team of 6 persons with different profiles (Data analyst & Insight Analyst)


Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and patterns using SQL in Google Cloud Platform. You will answer day to day questions and support the strategy with concrete figures.

Your role includes the retrieval of raw data and processing it into actionable insights.

A/B Testing: Design, implement and analyze A/B tests to optimize marketing and communication strategies. Be present with the teams from the beginning to support them defining the best A/B test strategy and ensure we will be able to take decision base on significant data

Data Visualization: Use a data visualization tool (MicroStrategy) to create insightful reports and dashboards to communicate findings effectively.

Performance monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to customer engagement, retention, and acquisition. Being able to interpret the Data, to link them with business trends (internal or external) and shared the findings

Customer Journey Mapping: Understand the customer journey and identify touchpoints to enhance the overall customer experience.


Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Data.

Proven experience, at least 6 years, in CRM analysis and data-driven marketing, if possible within the e-commerce sector. Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, encompassing the full data lifecycle from retrieval to results presentation.

Experience with data visualization tools, preferably MicroStrategy.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Knowledge of e-commerce trends and industry best practices.A/B testing experience is a plus.Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Good level in english mandatory
