Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security through data management practices.
- Contribute to the development of data governance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand current business processes, workflows, and pain points.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and enhancements to achieve business goals.
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports that effectively visualize data insights, providing stakeholders with a clear understanding of relevant metrics.
- Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive documentation, including use cases, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Analyze relevant data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design feasible solutions that align with business needs, considering technical feasibility, cost, and timeline constraints.
- Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring that project milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis and process optimization.
- Qualifications and Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., statistics, computer science, mathematics).
- Proficient in Excel and other relevant tools for data analysis.
- Familiarity with HR operations and data handling is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
