Join our Group Learning & Development team (L&D) within the HUB Group HR in Lisbon, a cross-functional department responsible for defining, managing, and leading the Learning & Development strategy for the BNP Paribas Group.
Thanks to its strategic positioning and expertise, this team develops cross-functional offers and academies to support the Group's major transformation projects and key skills identified by the Strategic Workforce Planning exercises. The scope of intervention covers both global and French levels, with a role of coordinating and leading the Learning & Development communities.
Mission
As a Data Analyst L&D, you will play a key role in accelerating the development of our central cross-functional offers, thereby supporting the Group's strategic transformation initiatives. You will join the Learning Efficiency Squad, where your data analysis expertise will contribute to optimize Learning & Development indicators while integrating innovative tools and data.
Main Responsibilities
- You will carry out in-depth analyses to assess the effectiveness of existing L&D offers and propose recommendations to optimize them.
- You will promote strategic KPIs.
- Update the team’s Dashboard (facilitating the offer/producing new offers).
- You will produce reports on all L&D data (ex L&D Group Balance Sheet, Functions, Business Lines.).
- You will formalize the need for new DataVizualisation/KPI’s reports and work closely with the People Analytics teams based in France to develop analyses of L&D activity.
- You will perform user acceptance testing for the integration of providers into Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
- You will present Dashboarding (DataViz) functionalities to new L&D employees and raise their awareness of data quality.
- You will carry out controls on the quality and consistency of L&D data in collaboration with the People Analytics teams.
- You will actively participate in team Agile rituals, including sprint reviews, retrospectives, and planning.
Profile
You are an analytical, meticulous person with strong teamwork abilities. A first junior experience in data analysis and DataViz tools will be an advantage. You have good communication skills.
