A snapshot of your key responsibilities:

• Reviewing and acting on submissions made by regulated entities through the business’ IT systems.
• Handling enquiries from regulated entities.
• Responding to requests for statistics and reports on data held on the business’ IT systems.
• Writing SQL queries.
• Analysing large scale complex datasets to identify any issues and ensuring good quality data.
• Helping internal users to understand and interpret the business’ data.
• Designing, creating, maintaining, and testing reports, managing, and formatting responses to queries, and providing other Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, as requested.
• Ensuring that all reports, and other BI solutions, are comprehensively documented.
• Suggesting process changes where appropriate.
• Carrying out any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
  
  

Requirements:

• 2+ years relative experience.
• Strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy and a flexible approach in order to meet challenging objectives and deadlines.
• SQL skills.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• A methodical and logical approach to completing tasks.
