About The Job

Join us as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer (LLM) and play a pivotal role in shaping AI-driven design automation. You will:

Lead the development of new generative AI features, tackling complex problems in design automation.
Work in a small, dynamic team, fostering maximum autonomy and rapid innovation.
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify business needs and tailor AI solutions that meet these needs.
Optimise AI models and infrastructure for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
Stay abreast of the latest AI technologies and techniques, continuously driving innovation.

About You

Holding a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or possessing similar practical experience.
A minimum of 4 years' experience in Python, with a strong foundation in machine learning principles.
Proficient in modern AI frameworks and libraries, notably PyTorch and Hugging Face.
Experienced with foundational Large Language Models (LLMs) APIs in production environments.
Skilled in deploying machine learning solutions to production.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
It's an advantage if you are proficient in C++ or Julia for research and production purposes.
Additional advantage for experience in ML Ops and deployment across various cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
