Data Analyst I

AAA Life is seeking a Data Analyst that will ensure that AAA Life Insurance makes effective business and operational decisions. As a Data Analyst I, you will play a crucial role in interpreting data to analyze and improve business performance.

• Assist with developing automated, easy to understand reports and ad hoc analyses to address specific marketing questions and provide insights to guide decision making.
• Utilize statistical techniques and data analysis tools (i.e., Python, R, SQL) to identify trends and patterns.
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams to interpret data and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing campaigns, customer segmentation, and overall strategy.
• Generate reports and dashboards to translate complex data into clear visualizations that marketing staff can easily interpret and use to inform their strategies.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), tracking marketing initiatives against established goals, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and investigate data discrepancies while conducting quality checks.
• Maintain clear and organized documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analysis results.
• Bachelor in Statistics, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience with data visualization tools (i.e., Power BI).
• Knowledge of statistical concepts and techniques.
• Proficient in data analysis and programming languages.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to convey findings to stakeholders.
