Junior Data Analyst

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to support our new factory in Gdańsk and join our Project Management Team. You will be responsible for supporting various projects in within the team, which will result in lowering of carbon footprint of operations of Northvolt in Poland, and much more.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to assigned projects.
• Show ownership on all assignments, ensuring that you understand the task and you're able to drive it from start to end.
• Foster an open-minded approach, actively asking questions and continuously learning.
• Stay connected to relevant stake holders.
• Analyze and present data relevant to the projects - prepare presentations and graphs to visualize crucial data.
• Perform other tasks assigned by manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in economical or technical studies in the field of energy.
• Good command of Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.
• Skills to work with AI support for analyzing big data.
• Good written and oral communication, both in Polish and English.
• Proven track record of entrepreneurship and drive (e.g. via hobbies, student organizations, etc.).
• Interest in the field of sustainability, energy efficiency, energy market operation.
