Data Scientist (Expert 7+ Years)

The rapid development of AI allows our organization to enhance the interactions between our customers, coworkers, and customer support. Over the next year, we aim to advance AI capabilities within our customer-facing tools and equip our coworkers with efficient AI-powered virtual assistants.

The consultant's role will be to help drive the development and adoption of AI capabilities within our organization.

Requirements

Desired knowledge, experience, competence, and skills:

• We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist who also has leadership experience working as a product owner and team leader.
• The candidate should have good stakeholder management, able to make presentations explaining AI to non-technical people.
• The candidate should have experience in the full life cycle of developing AI capabilities.
• The candidate should preferably have experience in applying AI within Retail Customer Experience & Service.
