Responsibilities - your mission

Your mission will be to provide technical support to the Facility Management function CoE Sustainability team for all topics related to ‘ Sustainability data monitoring ‘. Data types at stake are energy water, and waste for reporting , for performance management and for forecasting activities of the sites .

The Main Tasks And Responsibilities Will Include

  • Supporting Facility Management function and Multifunctional Team sustainability leaders in their accountability to report on company performance on Co2 emission , energy , water and waste performance of the sites in Facility Management function scope.
  • Consolidating data from several Sustainability databases /tools , analyzing, visualizing and interpreting them in order to guarantee accuracy and explicability of specific deliverables (e.g. KPIs, Dashboards, Performance Analysis, Business Recommendations, Reports, etc…)
  • Collaborate transnationally with teams to gather the rationale behind the figures
  • Record the computation scheme and changes applied, if any
  • Establish connection between the Data Analytics and the Facility Management function sustainability Multifunctional Team leaders to allow activity prioritization
  • Preparing environments for business onboarding.
  • Analyzing functional evolutions, creating test sets, validating updates.

Requirements - Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Engineer with a negotiation level in English and a digital spirit
  • Experience with data management
  • Excellent G Suite skills
  • Programming skills in Python
  • Good knowledge on Airbus Analytics Platforms (e.g. Skywise, Qlik sense , Splunk )
  • Experience with stakeholder management
  • Background in sustainability related data types ( Water , Energy , waste )
  • Customer oriented mindset
  • Ability to answer on the spot with resilience and proactiveness
  • Efficient, persistent, meticulous, analytical and synthetic mindset
  • Flexibility and a team player with innovative thinking
