A day in the life.

As our National AI Product Manager on the Operations team, you’ll be responsible for driving the adoption, education, communication, and product management of LenAI, our cutting-edge artificial intelligence platform. As the National AI Champion, you will play a crucial role in promoting the use of LenAI across the organization and ensuring its successful implementation in custom development projects. Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • LenAI Adoption: Lead the adoption of LenAI across the organization by identifying potential use cases, conducting training sessions, and providing guidance and support to teams implementing LenAI in their projects.
  • Education and Training: Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on the capabilities and benefits of LenAI. Create educational materials, including documentation, tutorials, and best practices, to facilitate the learning process leveraging MMC assets.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between the MMC team, development team, regional/functional/practice AI Champions and other internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and understanding of requirements, use cases, wins, updates, and enhancements. Work with the MarComm team and leadership to roll out change management and communication.
  • Product Management: Drive the product roadmap for MMA’s AI needs, working closely with the MMC and MMA development teams and the MMA AI Council to prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs and market trends.
  • Advocate for and collaborate with other MMC Operating Companies to pilot similar use cases in development.
  • Gather and analyse user feedback to drive continuous improvement of LenAI/Len365. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and address any concerns or issues related to LenAI/Len365.
  • Custom Development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their specific requirements and develop customized solutions using LenAI. Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the development process to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI technology and applications. Share knowledge and insights with internal teams and external stakeholders through presentations, workshops, and industry events.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree. Ongoing participation in AI discussion boards/groups and industry publications. Ongoing education in AI development practices, LLMs, and the MMC development roadmap.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Innovation-related roles, such as product management and innovation deployment. Experience in project management and customer-facing roles is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of AI concepts, algorithms, and frameworks. Familiarity with AI development tools and platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify and address challenges in AI implementation and customization.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $117,500 to $176,300. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
