Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage master data processes and policies to ensure data accuracy and uniformity.
- Coordinate with IT and business units to ensure alignment of master data rules and the integrity of data in key systems.
- Analyze and resolve data issues and provide ongoing support and training to users on data governance practices.
- Generate reports and extract data insights to support business decisions.
- Participate in projects to integrate new data management technologies and systems as the business grows.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Master Data Specialist, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in SQL and experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work across multiple departments.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
