This role is based in our Birmingham head office.

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our data-driven decision-making process and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Design and implement data models and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into data analysis solutions.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and deep dives to support business initiatives and strategic decisions.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of data-driven initiatives and recommend optimizations.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  
  

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or related role, with a strong understanding of data analysis techniques and methodologies.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, or equivalent.
• Strong excel skills.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data analysis findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
