This role has a key responsibility to drive the Data and Analytics requirements to support the operations of all the projects/workstreams and verticals under the OA&EP (Organization Architecture & Enterprise Performance) Team.
This role requires attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills as well as creatively determining approaches to analyze data and to drive meaningful conclusion out of it. This role is one where influence and an ability to function independently are critical. This role must navigate successfully between the interests of our stakeholder groups and the delivery of a net business benefit at the same time.
Key Responsibilities
Need to have a robust mix of technical and communication skills (verbal & written), with a passion for optimization, data storytelling, and data visualization.
Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and standard processes in data analysis and data science. Share knowledge and insights with team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Actively participate in multi-functional initiatives, collaborating with team members to measure project success.
Create consolidated project status reporting and review project status and
identify issues.
Transform, design and guide with an integrated journey mindset; embracing end-to-end vision and integration opportunities with up/down stream processes.
Manage relationships with stakeholder groups and work with key individuals.
Once process has been refined and established, operationalize and help manage the solution.
Requires low level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments.
Individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work within OA&EP team.
Qualifications
Minimum 2-8 years + for CL9 experience in management reporting as data analyst, with a 2+ years of data visualization experience. At least 3+ years within Accenture is preferred.

- Technical Skills: Must have proficiency with MS PowerPoint and Excel and data visualization skill Tableau/Power BI.
- Good background in data modelling and visualization including creation of dashboards.
- Strong analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving with shown attention to detail combined with big picture thinking
- Ability to present and tailor details and information to various levels of an organization. Role requires answering to queries related to Project and managing the project (common) mailbox.
- Completes work independently with general mentorship on new projects/requirements.
- Work well with peers, and superiors in all workstreams/verticals across the organization.
