As a Clinical Data Analyst, you'll play a vital role in leveraging data analytics to drive insights and improvements in our clinical operations. Your responsibilities will include data analytics, provisioning, and ad hoc analysis, aiding in the identification of data-driven enhancements and performance measures. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Develop and curate deep-dive case studies for our Monthly Insights meetings, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Generate and manage Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports to support value-based agreements, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Monitor healthcare provider cost and revenue trends, discerning underlying drivers and opportunities for optimization.

Analyze the impacts of program changes, such as new benefits or demographics, contributing to strategic decision-making.

Act as a liaison with our Data & Reporting team, collaborating to identify reporting solutions and relevant data sets for clinical care programs.

Provide analytic support to various stakeholders and departments, responding to ad-hoc requests with insightful analysis.

Utilize Structured Query Language (SQL) code and/or Python to extract data and create reports using tools like Reporting Services, Tableau, PowerBI, and Excel.

Stay informed about the latest financial trends and developments in the provider community, ensuring our organization remains adaptive and responsive.

Keep abreast of Medicare reforms, particularly those related to the Medicare Direct Contracting Program, and assess their impact on our performance.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration and dissemination of insights.

Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive data with integrity.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for translating data into actionable recommendations.

Familiarity with HEDIS, including CPT and ICD codes, and general population health analytics.

Self-motivated and creative problem-solver, able to work independently while also fostering strong communication and interpersonal relationships.

Proven project management experience, capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Education And Experience

Bachelor's degree in public health, health informatics, or information technology.

At least 3 years of recent, relevant professional experience in financial analysis or healthcare analytics.

Proficiency in SQL and statistical data analysis, with experience using tools like MS Excel for working with large datasets and creating standardized reports.

Advanced knowledge of data analytic tools and techniques, including dashboard tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, and Reporting Services.
