What does the role involve?
As a Data Analyst Graduate, you will be joining the Risk team within our Vehicle Solutions business unit. During the two-year programme, you will play an active part in working on cutting-edge projects, analysing data to uncover insights and trends, supporting with data-driven decision making across Vehicle Solutions. You'll get the chance to spend time in several key business areas, including Data Modelling, Data Quality, Data Visualisation and Data Stewards, so you'll certainly have plenty of opportunities to develop yourself as a professional, and potential leader.
Our office is based in Newbury but we're passionate about hybrid working,attendance at the Newbury office is a minimum of 2 days per week. On occasions, you may be required to travel to our Trowbridge office based on business requirements.

Some Of Your Key Duties Will Include
- Design and implement analytics and build Power BI dashboards and visualisations for business functions
- Model, reshape and prepare data using SQL and Power BI to optimise dashboard performance
- Create reports to communicate your findings to stakeholders, providing insights that support business strategies and decision-making
- Working with the wider VS Data Team, contributing to data modelling and report & visualisation requirements, testing and analysis activities
- Graduate from our industry accredited Aspiring Leaders programme
- Play an active role within our Corporate Communities, helping to drive engagement, inclusion and belonging
- Access trained mentors who can help develop your technical skills
- Meet regularly as a cohort with our CEO, and have contact with other Executive Committee and Senior Leaders in the business

- Starting salary of £30,000, increasing to £32,000 in Year 2
- Up to 15% bonus, linked to company and individual performance
