Your Mission

• Collaborate closely with various teams such as product creation, testing, strategy, and design & innovation (depending on your background), driving efficiency and effectiveness. Emphasizing data-driven decision-making, your role involves streamlining processes and fostering a culture of insightful analysis. - Conduct ad-hoc analyses across tooling, testing, sustainability, and other relevant domains, offering strategic guidance based on your findings. - Take the lead in developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for diverse teams, delivering comprehensive reports to guide strategic initiatives. - Elevate transparency through refined dashboards tailored for R&D leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. - Pioneer the integration of data into R&D workflows, exploring cutting-edge technologies and facilitating the adoption of innovative systems for continuous improvement. - Collaborate with fellow analysts across the company, assisting in curating and communicating insights for R&D functions with guidance and support. - Implement robust data governance practices across R&D - Empower the R&D team through targeted upskilling initiatives, equipping them with the skills needed to leverage data effectively in decision-making processes - Proactively identify new projects and ideas for enhancement within the R&D domain, driving innovation and strategic growth initiatives.
  
  
  

Your story

• Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Economics, Data Science, Information Management or similar. Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred. - 4+ years of experience in an analytical role preferably as a data or business analyst - Industry experience and/ or experience in Research & Development is preferred - Ability to analyze, model and interpret data using Python and Excel - Strong experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. Looker, HEX) as well as SQL - You are fluent in English and have excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating across teams and communicating insights to stakeholders - You thrive in a dynamic and complex environment with the ability to work autonomously and to adjust quickly to new circumstances - You are a team player that enjoys to help others to solve problems and support them in achieving their goals
