Mission
Develop and lead the implementation of systems, processes and intelligence and KPIs capabilities within the Plant Operations, Maintenance and Quality environment.
Key responsibilities
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Plant Operations, Maintenance & Quality internal systems, processes and data.
• Process, understand and analyze Plant Operations, Maintenance & Quality data, mainly through Excel and Business Intelligence software. Develop quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Assist with developing and enhancing Plant Operations, Maintenance & Quality management systems focusing on customer satisfaction, business process standardization, reliability and effectiveness.
• Track, measure, maintain and report on compliance with Sigma Europe Plant Operations, Maintenance & Quality policies.
• Assist with efforts in launching new IT applications and processes at plant level.
• Develop and maintain KPI and dashboards to track performance in Plant Operations, Maintenance & Quality areas – Train users.
• Support the weekly Plant Operations, Maintenance & Quality processes and participate in transfer and implementation of best in class practices.
• Identify opportunities for improved systems and data analysis. Automate manual processes thru collaboration with IT Department and KSR team members.
• Lead projects management with agile and impeccable management methodologies.
