Compensation
Base: ₹45,000/mo - ₹60,000/mo + up to ₹30,000/mo Performance Bonus
Location

US Real Estate Industry Experience
Experience with how the real estate industry works in the US would be a big plus. However, this is not a requirement.
Job Overview
You will play a crucial role in supporting our team by managing and analysing a variety of data related to real estate listings, leads, market trends and construction projects for states in the USA. Your work will directly contribute to our decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular data collection and analysis to support business operations.
- Maintain and update critical property and lead databases with accuracy and precision.
- Assist in the development and management of targeted prospect lists for marketing and sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to optimise data management practices and support various administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a data management or research role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
