Your Job

We are seeking an analytical and proactive Data Analyst to join our dynamic CSM team. This role involves leveraging data analytics to drive customer success and optimization, with occasional direct client interactions. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in data analysis and a strong background in the adtech industry, including experience with SSPs, DSPs, Publishers, and Ad Tech partners.

To specify

  • Conduct in-depth data analyses across client accounts to uncover optimization and growth opportunities, implementing data-driven strategies to enhance product utilization and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain an alerting system to proactively identify and address issues or opportunities within client accounts, ensuring timely and effective responses.
  • Collaborate with the customer success and sales teams to provide data-driven insights and recommendations, supporting client meetings and strategy discussions as needed.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to refine the overall data strategy, focusing on data quality, integration, and analytics processes to drive customer success.
  • Participate in client meetings to present data-driven insights and recommendations, fostering strong relationships through a consultative and analytical approach.

Your profile for this job

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in ad-tech.
  • Proven experience in a data-centric role within the adtech industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of SSPs, DSPs, Publishers, and Ad Tech partners.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of effectively working across teams and presenting complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude, able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Although not primarily client-facing, the ability to engage with clients directly, providing data-driven insights and building strong relationships, is essential.
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
