The Job:

Experienced Data Administrator to join the Care Services Team based in Limerick, working with the Regulatory Compliance Officer you will produce reports for the Senior Management team.

The Data Administrator will provide data and reports using the information systems in the organisation while gathering and integrating data from various sources. You will ensure that all reports comply with legislative, regulatory, and internal procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support and data reports to the Care Services Team.
  • Assist in wider organisational reports for the CEO and Executive Team when required.
  • Being responsible for collating and providing all data required for the company Dashboard, always ensuring accuracy.
  • Structuring and updating databases and logs.
  • Analysing data to review trends and patterns, highlighting any discrepancies.
  • Ability to arrange meetings, document meeting minutes, organise and maintain filing.
  • Other duties may be assigned from time to time.

Skills, Attributes, Qualifications

  • Experience in Office Administration, information systems and project management.
  • Previous experience/interest in areas such as computer, health or life sciences, project or information management would be an advantage.
  • Detailed understanding of clinical data management systems is an advantage.
  • Education to degree level or equivalent experience in a relevant area is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong organisation skills, attention to detail/accuracy, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload, manage time effectively, meet tight deadlines and be goal-orientated.
  • Strong communication skills, with proven ability to interact well with others.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects/processes simultaneously while working collaboratively with project leads.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work as an integral team member while remaining self-motivated/self-directed, with the ability to work independently/work on own initiative.
  • Ability to analyse data, note change in patterns/trends and highlight any discrepancies to senior management.
